Shipping Policy

As part of our declared policy for pleasant and convenient purchasing process and as a result of our worldwide collection we offer several shipping methods to the customers.

The exact shipping rates will be issued when ordering for it to be accurate.

Sales Tax

We will charge Sales Tax depending on the origin country and state of the merchandise. For each country a different sales tax may be collected.

Shipping methods

We ship via UPS, DHL, FedEx, RPS and Airborne at our discretion. Heavy orders may go by an LTL carrier. On each order you will get the shipment methods and its prices. 

Insurance

All our works of art are insured during shipment at the specified price on the web site.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the origin country and state of the merchandise and the country and state of the customer.

In general the delivery time consists of several items:

  1. Order confirmation(check with the artist about the work of art, check with the recipient of address and phone- if the address is not the billing address).
  2. Packaging arrangement(preparing the packaging and packaging itself,).
  3. Merchandise arrangement with conjunction with the artist(collect the works of art in one centralized location of Art2All.com).
  4. if the merchandise is distributed in several locations offices of Art2All.com the merchandise must be first collected in one office of Art2All.com.
  5. delivery time itself from Art2All.com office to the customer.

note: the delivery to the customer will take place when all the merchandise.is ready to ship. If an item is not available a notification will be issued to the customer on which the customer will have to decide to continue the order without the specified item, pick another item instead or to cancel the order.

We do not have merchandise in our stock, most of the works of art are stocked at the artists galleries. Orders to be delivered to an address other than the one on file at your credit card bank may be delayed for address and phone number verification.

Sales Tax
Because we have to pay it, we collect sales tax for the States of California, Massachusetts, and Texas. Sales tax will be automatically calculated on orders shipped to these destinations. Orders shipped to all other States are tax free.
