Return Policy

Please read carefully
It is assumed that you have read and understood our Returns Policy before you place your order.

We at Art2All.com, try to make your purchasing process pleasant, easy and quick. If you are not satisfied with your order from Art2All.com, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund.

To return Work of art, Customer must comply with the following steps:

  1. Contact to returns@art2all.com by e-mail to notify Art2All.com of the order to be returned. Please add your order number, items ID (as given to you by Art2All.com) and note stating the reason for the return.

  2. An e-mail including the information needed for the return will be sent to you for approval. You should send it back to approval@art2all.com with your approval on it.

  3. A return authorization number (R.A.#) will be issued at this time. Please display this number prominently on all packaging.

  4. Art2All.com will issue a shipment processor (Art2All.com reserves the right to change shipment processors with no notice) call tag to have the work of art picked up from customer. A date and time for pick up will be issued.

preparing works of art for return

  1. Since the works of art we sale are gathered from around the world, they must be shipped back to their original location,hence, original packaging must be used to protect the work of art. Please pack your work of art in the original packaging to protect it from damage.
  2. Please be sure to include all the necessary information to process your return, such as your packing slip, a note stating the reason for the return, copy of the e-mails you received from Art2All.com and All original paperwork. Please include a note with your order number, the first and last name the order was placed under, and the reason for the return.
  3. customer must clearly mark all returns with R.A.#, customer name, address, and telephone number so Art2All.com can properly credit customers account.

Fees

  1. A five percent (5%) handling fee ($20.00 minimum) will be charged against customer's refund if the above conditions are not met. if original packaging and paperwork do not accompany the return, the cost of replacement of such items shall be charged against customer's refund. this will be in addition to the handling fee.
  2. Customer will pay shipping and handling fee (it will be deducted from the refund, depandes on the merchandise and the location for it ship).
  3. We will pay freight on shipment of replacement order. You will be asked to send your return via UPS, FedEx or Airborne so you have a tracking number for reference in the unlikely event the package is not received.
    Notes:
    Keep all packing material and literature in the event a return is necessary
    Return the product within 20 calendar days after receiving the RMA # to receive credit.
    Obtaining an RMA does not guarantee credit. Read above policy to make sure your return falls under these guidelines.

Refund

  1. Upon receipt of your merchandise, we will refund the cost of your order less the shipping and handling fees.
  2. The merchandise must be in good condition and properly packed in order to receive the refund.
  3. Refunds cannot be processed for merchandise that are returned in poor condition.
  4. A credit will be issued upon confirmation that the merchandise has been returned, this may be up to 20 business days after the merchandise is actually returned.

Legal

  1. Customer understands and acknowledges that the return period of 14 days within of receipt is exclusive period offered by Art2All.com.
  2. Under no circumstances will merchandise returns be accepted after 21 days from receipt.
  3. Art2All.com reserves the right to refuse any return for any reason or for no reason at all.

General

  1. Any change in status of returned merchandise (pick up, delivery, check and verify) will be indicated to the customer.
